Description

You provide expert-level support for complex macOS technical issues, handling remote troubleshooting and resolution in an SLA-driven environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and knowledge base updates using ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot enterprise Mac management workflows using Jamf and Apple Remote Desktop.
• Analyze macOS logs and diagnostic outputs to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute pre-documented maintenance steps and scripts for basic Mac system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of specialist or third-level IT support experience for macOS environments.
• Deep proficiency in macOS operating system support, including hardware and enterprise application troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow for incident management and knowledge base maintenance.
• Familiarity with Jamf and Apple Remote Desktop for device management and remote administration.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and log analysis for diagnostics.

Preferred Skills

• Basic scripting knowledge to execute or support pre-documented maintenance scripts.
