Description

Provide Tier 3 engineering support for macOS environments and endpoint security infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage automated device enrollment processes using Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Administer and troubleshoot DLP and endpoint security clients including Tanium, Microsoft Defender, and Compliance Reporter.
• Maintain and support ZTNA or traditional VPN solutions.
• Manage network infrastructure components including firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
• Support mobile app development workflows and related tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in macOS engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS Ventura and Sonoma.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and DNS protocols.
• Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Xcode and Android Studio.
• Working knowledge of SAML and OIDC.
• Scripting capabilities in Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with Artifactory and npm.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler.
