Description

You will manage macOS enterprise fleet operations and provide Tier 2/3 support for complex device issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles and compliance policies.
• Develop and implement macOS onboarding workflows using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS devices, escalating complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for macOS support, deployment, and configuration.
• Assist with training Helpdesk and field technicians on macOS support processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS devices with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting for macOS automation.
• Strong understanding of macOS system architecture, security, and user management.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM enrollment workflows.
• Experience with macOS Automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AD and conditional access policies.
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment and patching strategies.
