Description

You will support the buildout and expansion of the enterprise macOS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS devices, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Administer macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, handling configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Develop custom scripting using Bash and PowerShell for automation and compliance tasks.
• Develop and implement macOS onboarding workflows using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for macOS support, deployment, and configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS devices with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting for macOS automation.
• Strong understanding of macOS system architecture, security, and user management.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM enrollment workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure AD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise software deployment and patching strategies.
