Description

Manage and deploy Apple product solutions within an enterprise environment, balancing security requirements with user experience. Collaborate with Windows and Linux counterparts to maintain a consistent EUC service offering.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage the Apple estate to ensure frictionless IT operations.
• Champion the adoption of new Apple technologies across the ecosystem.
• Apply an automation and code-first approach to maintain platform integrity.
• Work with Technical Architects to design deployment and management platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT environments.
• 3+ years defining, managing, and deploying Apple devices in an enterprise setting.
• Experience using JAMF or similar Apple management platforms.
• Proficiency with automation and Infrastructure as Code approaches.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Technical Architects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Apple iPhone and iPad devices via Intune.
• JAMF recognized professional qualifications.
