Description

Provide first- and second-line technical support for Mac users across UK and global offices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Mac OSX technical issues via onsite and remote channels.
• Configure and release Apple hardware using JAMF.
• Administer systems using SCCM.
• Set up IP phones and troubleshoot telephony connectivity.
• Provide remote and onsite support to global staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Extensive experience supporting and resolving Mac OSX issues.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF for Mac deployment and configuration.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Bloomberg, Zoom, Okta, and Slack.
• Experience using SCCM.
• Experience with IP phone setup and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
