What's the Job?

• Manage and maintain MacOS servers within a data center environment, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the MacSupport Team to implement server management plans, resolve network conflicts, and oversee DHCP and IP configurations.
• Perform hands-on administration, patching, and automation of software and security updates using scripting tools.
• Ensure servers are running up-to-date security software and operating systems in accordance with organizational standards.
• Support the management of MacOS Server environments, including software packaging, installation, and virtualization.

What's Needed?

• Solid understanding of Server Administration concepts, particularly for MacOS Servers.
• Experience with MacOS Server scripting and automation of software patch installations and security updates.
• Knowledge of DHCP, server IP configuration, and resolving network identification conflicts.
• Proficiency with server configuration tools such as Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf, and related security profile software.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Server Administrator.
