Description

You will manage backend configuration, maintenance, and security for Mac workstation applications and infrastructure services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain workstation security applications including Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, and Apple ABM.
• Build and test packages for automated deployment and self-service workflows.
• Manage security frameworks for desktop services using tools like Zscaler and antivirus software.
• Provide senior-level technical troubleshooting and incident resolution for endpoint service platforms.
• Create solution documentation for Global Help Desk support and generate endpoint reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints.
• Advanced scripting knowledge in Bash and Python.
• 3+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Experience managing security incidents and responding to critical issues.
• Proficiency with Zscaler and antivirus endpoint security tools.
• Experience with Jamf and Intune administration.
• Ability to plan infrastructure requirements and coordinate system architecture.
