Description

You will provide backend configuration, maintenance, and support for workstation and security applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services.
• Build and prepare packages for automated deployment and self-service.
• Build and test pilot versions for new and changing services.
• Create solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users.
• Manage overall security frameworks pertaining to desktop services and integrated technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints.
• 3+ years' experience in identity and access management.
• Advanced scripting knowledge using Bash or Python.
• Experience managing security incidents involving Zscaler and Antivirus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality.
• Experience with Jamf and Mac endpoint ticketing via Service-Now.
