Description

Manage Mac endpoint infrastructure, security frameworks, and automated deployment pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend configuration, maintenance, and support for workstation and security applications.
• Plan detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services and build pilot versions.
• Build and prepare packages for automated deployment and self-service.
• Manage overall security frameworks for desktop services and integrated technologies.
• Create solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints.
• 3+ years experience in identity and access management.
• Advanced scripting knowledge using Bash or Python.
• Experience managing security incidents involving Zscaler and Antivirus.
• Experience with Jamf and Mac endpoint ticketing via Service-Now.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years tenure in previous relevant roles.
