You will design, build, and scale machine learning models for the product.

Responsibilities

• Write code to create, maintain, and scale ML models.
• Own individual tasks and the technical output of your team.
• Mentor junior team members and identify technical weaknesses.
• Recommend appropriate solutions to engineering challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning and system design.
• Proficiency in Python, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience with CNNs, RNNs, LSTM, and GANs.
• Proficiency in NLP using NLTK, spaCy, and Word2Vec.
• Knowledge of Recommendation Systems and Sentiment Analysis.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or Redis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI workflows.
