You will design and implement large-scale AI solutions and lead the architecture of machine learning systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale AI solutions and system integrations.
• Build advanced machine learning models and manage all pre- and post-modeling deliverables.
• Apply ML Ops principles including code versioning, monitoring, re-training, and CI/CD deployment.
• Identify analytics opportunities, develop technology roadmaps, and perform requirements analysis.
• Provide technical analysis and insights directly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building machine learning models.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Boosting algorithms, Decision trees (CART, Random Forest), SVM, Naïve Bayes, and KNN.
• Experience with unsupervised learning techniques including PCA and Clustering.
• Practical experience with NLP and handling both structured and unstructured text data.
• Strong understanding of ML Ops, Git, and production deployment.
• Experience with Service-oriented Architectures, APIs, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience working within Agile development processes.
• Background in software development and architecture with a focus on AI.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and payor operations.
