Description

You will develop conversational dialog and establish flows to improve existing and enable new self-service capabilities in the IVR, implementing a common model for cross-lob intent understanding and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Build chatbots using Generative AI.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain automated data pipelines.
• Optimize and fine-tune NLP models to improve results.
• Analyze datasets and parse data from varied sources like web pages, Confluence, Jira, and APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency with AWS for large-scale model training.
• Experience with MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with Git/BitBucket and GitHub.
• Knowledge of LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data handling.
• Experience with Transformer architecture and Prompt Engineering.
