Description

You will develop conversational dialog systems and GenAI chatbots to improve self-service capabilities, while building automated data pipelines and optimizing NLP models.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build chatbots using Generative AI and establish flows for cross-lob intent understanding.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain automated data pipelines for large-scale model training.
• Optimize and fine-tune NLP models, including Transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Analyze datasets and parse data from web pages, Confluence, Jira, and APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS for large-scale model training.
• Experience with MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data handling.
• Experience with Git/BitBucket and GitHub.
