Description

You will develop and deploy AI-driven solutions across the engineering stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize domain-adaptive agentic AI systems to automate business processes.
• Fine-tune large pre-trained models (Llama, Mistral, etc.) using PEFT and SFT, optimizing for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build end-to-end AI workflows spanning data collection, preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Deploy ML models at scale, focusing on optimizing for latency and throughput.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to define AI product requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML and AI engineering.
• Proven experience with LLMs and generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience designing prompts using techniques like Chain of Thought and Few-Shot.
• Ability to maintain clear documentation of models, workflows, and experiments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI models at scale in production environments.
• Expertise in large-scale data processing and model optimization.
