Description

You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and large language models to automate business processes and optimize engineering workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize domain-adaptive agentic AI systems to automate business processes.
• Fine-tune large pre-trained models (Llama, Mistral) using PEFT and SFT for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build end-to-end AI workflows covering data collection, preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Deploy ML models at scale, focusing on optimizing latency and throughput.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML and AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Proven experience with LLMs and generative AI models.
• Experience with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience designing prompts using Chain of Thought and Few-Shot techniques.
• Ability to maintain clear documentation of models, workflows, and experiments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI models at scale in production environments.
• Expertise in large-scale data processing and model optimization.
