Description

You will act as a hands-on team lead, splitting time between active development and technical leadership for machine learning projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple ML projects from development through deployment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for models in production environments.
• Guide the team on technical implementation, tool evaluation, and platform selection.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.
• Build tools to extract, label, and analyze information from video data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience using Python and/or C++.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Knowledge of ML models including decision trees, random forests, SVMs, neural networks, and ensemble methods.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP).
• Understanding of computational trade-offs for real-time ML applications.
• Familiarity with ML experiment management at scale and artifact management.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience leading data science teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure.
