Description

You will design and build generative AI applications for customer interactions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and scaling of internal AI agents and customer-facing agentic solutions.
• Design and deploy custom solutions on AWS Bedrock using foundation models.
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models against proprietary and external datasets.
• Build scalable APIs and backend services to support real-time AI inference.
• Ensure reliability, privacy, and accuracy of Gen AI responses using testing and monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, including 3+ years in ML engineering.
• Experience with LLM Agentic workflows and frameworks (Langchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• Knowledge of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and LLM evaluation.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and LLMOps.
• Experience with Cloud technology, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building GenAI-powered Contact Centers.
