Description

You will develop machine learning solutions to enhance incident management through Root Cause Analysis and Alert Correlation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for alert correlation to group alerts from the same root cause.
• Develop algorithms to prioritize and present correlated alerts to improve incident response efficiency.
• Build machine learning models to automate root cause analysis and reduce manual resolution effort.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and understand system architectures.
• Analyze incident data to identify patterns and trends.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Deep knowledge of Data Structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Machine Learning and Data Science.
• Experience with AI, NLP, and Pattern Recognition.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
