Description

You will build and deploy machine learning models and GenAI-powered applications to production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models using NLP, recommendation systems, and GenAI to production.
• Collaborate with product, program, analytics, and engineering teams to refine statistical and forecasting models.
• Develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python, SQL, R, and AWS services.
• Integrate enterprise data from Salesforce and Zendesk to improve model predictive accuracy.
• Apply Large Language Models to create GenAI use cases and solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied machine learning engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
• Experience with AWS services including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Kendra.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and Airtable.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and Keras.
• Experience with NLP and Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Whisper, or Groq.
• Ability to deploy models into production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with RAG, Agents, Model Fine-tuning, Few-shot prompting, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Python frameworks like Llamaindex, Langchain, Streamlit, Gradio, FastHTML, or Chainlit.
