Description

You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning solutions in production. You own model governance, release planning, and client alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Support and maintain deployed models, ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead release planning, coordination, and hands-on support during release cycles.
• Consult with internal clients to gather requirements and align technical delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing production solutions.
• Expertise with Generative AI, LLMs, GPT 5.x, LangChain, RAG, and RAGAS.
• Strong focus on model governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Search, AI Agent Service, Document Intelligence, or Content Safety.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework, Foundry, Redis, Elasticsearch, Arize, Deepeval, ChromaDB, or LangGraph.
