You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using GenAI and RAG techniques, ensuring efficient data pipelines and robust MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML models leveraging GenAI and RAG architectures.
• Build and optimize PySpark data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Conduct R&D to improve model performance and optimize algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
• Proficiency in PySpark for data processing and pipeline optimization.
• Proven experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for model lifecycle management.
• Ability to optimize machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large language model fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Strong background in distributed computing systems.
