Description

You will develop and deploy machine learning models to optimize product development, marketing, and business strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze data from databases to drive business outcomes.
• Transform data science prototypes into production-ready algorithms.
• Develop custom ML and non-ML models with defined evaluation approaches.
• Use predictive modeling to improve customer experience and ad targeting.
• Coordinate with functional teams to implement and monitor models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or related fields.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and insight generation.
• Experience with clustering, decision trees, boosting, and artificial neural networks.
• Hands-on experience with Tensorflow, Torch, Sklearn, Scipy, and Xgboost.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure including Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with code management using Git.
• Proven experience in LLM utilization, fine-tuning, GenAI solutioning, and RAG.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Ecommerce or Advertising verticals.
• Background in NLP, Time Series Forecasting, or Computer Vision using SpaCy, NLTK, or OpenCV.
