Description

Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems and enhance AI capabilities in production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to improve product performance.
• Build and optimize pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets.
• Integrate models into production environments ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitor deployed models to identify necessary enhancements and implement improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with big data frameworks including Hadoop and Spark.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working in distributed computing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Banking or BFSI industries.
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production systems.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
