Description

You will engineer and deploy machine learning solutions in an AI/ML context.

Responsibilities

• Train large-scale foundation models using distributed training and optimization techniques.
• Implement and optimize model serving and data pipelines.
• Develop software adhering to best practices including unit testing and code review.
• Transition between rapid prototyping and robust production implementation as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional ML engineering experience at an AI/ML-focused organization.
• Extensive practical experience with PyTorch.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices.
• Experience training large-scale foundation models (VLMs, text-to-video models, etc).
• Familiarity with deep learning concepts and deployed models.
• Experience with cloud training and dataset management.
• Familiarity with behavior learning, language, and/or computer vision state-of-the-art.
• Ability to read research papers and develop projects based on them.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive experience.
