Description

Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions end-to-end, blending applied machine learning with software engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and observable systems aligned to business KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
• Deploy scalable, secure, and observable systems that meet business objectives.
• Apply responsible AI practices including model governance, fairness testing, and explainability.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain high standards for model performance and reliability.
• Solve complex stakeholder problems through effective technical communication and engineering.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Digital Deep Learning and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Proficiency with Databricks and Spark for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools: MLflow and Kubeflow.
• Deployment experience on Azure Machine Learning, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with model governance and fairness testing frameworks.
• Background in building audit-ready machine learning pipelines.
