Description

You will build and deploy machine learning models into production environments to serve diverse customer needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models using NLP, recommendation systems, and Gen AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with product, program, analytics, and engineering teams to refine statistical and forecasting models.
• Develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python, SQL, R, and AWS services.
• Integrate enterprise data from Salesforce and Zendesk to improve predictive accuracy.
• Apply Large Language Models to develop Gen AI use cases and solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied machine learning engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
• Experience with AWS services including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Kendra.
• Hands-on work with Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and Keras.
• Experience with MySQL and Airtable.
• Practical application of LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Whisper, and Groq.
• Experience deploying NLP and GenAI applications to production.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RAG, Agents, Model Fine-tuning, Few-shot prompting, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Python frameworks including LlamaIndex, LangChain, Streamlit, Gradio, FastHTML, or Chainlit.
