Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain large-scale ML systems for 4G/5G RAN product acceptance and performance monitoring. You will collaborate with RF and network engineers to analyze KPI/KQI relationships, build predictive models, and drive operational decisions through data science.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain production ML systems using statistical and predictive modeling methods on large datasets.
• Analyze 4G/5G RAN KPIs and KQIs to evaluate product performance, feature releases, and third-party products.
• Implement A/B testing and machine learning models to assess operational impact and identify trends.
• Develop automations, tools, and prototypes to support manual efforts and augment data analysis workflows.
• Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations and clear reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale ML systems in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, SQL, Hive, or similar languages.
• Experience with high-volume (1TB+) and high-dimensionality data within big data frameworks like Hadoop.
• Expertise in statistical methodologies, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and exploratory data analysis.
• Proficiency in ML algorithms such as GLM, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Clustering, PCA, and Neural Networks.
• Experience with data wrangling, correlation analysis, and significance testing.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or Kubeflow.
• Technical knowledge of wireless technologies (CDMA, LTE, 5G) and experience with wireless infrastructure providers.
