You will build and maintain AI solutions for IT operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive analytics models to monitor and enhance IT system performance.
• Implement anomaly detection algorithms for security, fault detection, and intrusion prevention.
• Automate IT operations including incident response, log analysis, and diagnostics.
• Design and train AI/ML models for infrastructure automation and cloud resource optimization.
• Deploy AI models into cloud-based and on-prem IT environments following MLOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and LangChain development.
• Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps practices.
• Background in IT infrastructure monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional IT, DevOps, and security teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience researching Generative AI models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
• Experience building real-time data pipelines for AI-driven IT operations (AIOps).
