Description

You will build and deploy product features driven by Large Language Models and agentic workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement semantic search capabilities using advanced retrieval techniques, including HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking.
• Develop speech-to-text integrations and voice-based interfaces.
• Manage data retrieval using vector and graph databases.
• Build and deploy product features using LLMs and agentic workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including OpenAI APIs and open-source models (Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral).
• Proficiency with LangChain and Haystack frameworks.
• Experience building agentic workflows.
• Hands-on use of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and Graph Databases (Neo4j).
• Experience with Transformer and Neural Network models.
• Practical application of embedding models (MPNET, Ada).
• Strong Python programming skills.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Chat, IVR, or Banking sectors.
