Description

You will design and deploy machine learning models and scalable data pipelines to solve business problems using unstructured data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and model delivery.
• Develop and deploy ML models using natural language processing and computer vision.
• Translate business requests into use cases, test cases, and training datasets for iterative algorithm development.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track model performance and detect anomalies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years developing and deploying machine learning algorithms in production (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• 4+ years with distributed computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark.
• 4+ years programming in Python, Java, SAS, or R.
• 4+ years in data science and statistics, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• 2+ years using cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) to deploy and manage ML systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Cloud certifications in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
