Machine Learning Engineer

You will own the end-to-end development of ML backend systems, from model optimization to API design and infrastructure deployment. Your focus is on shipping measurable business outcomes through high-performance microservices that serve millions of requests daily.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic orchestration and ML systems at scale.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Build high-performance microservices capable of handling millions of daily requests.
• Manage infrastructure deployment and ensure robust observability across all services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend engineering and ML systems design.
• Expertise in agentic orchestration frameworks and patterns.
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end ML backend solutions.
• Strong experience with model optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining RAG pipelines.
• Deep understanding of API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience with infrastructure deployment and scalability challenges.
