Description

You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and Generative AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ML and GenAI pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI systems with tool use.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and neural architecture search experiments to improve model performance.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor ML models and agents in production with proper serving and observability.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to integrate solutions into business workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI roles, designing and optimizing models from scratch.
• Strong expertise in the Azure ecosystem: Azure Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Synapse.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
• Solid knowledge of PyTorch.
• Experience building regression, classification, and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with GPU-enabled workflows and model serving practices.
