Description

You will lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and architectures.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable software systems for classification, text extraction, and data connectors.
• Develop AI solutions using self-supervised learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Oversee project teams, setting technical direction and ensuring milestones are met.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems through cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models into production.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale data pipelines.
• Background in NLP or computer vision applications.
