Description

Lead the end-to-end development and adoption of machine learning products and platforms for large enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end ML product development using software engineering best practices.
• Implement version control, code reviews, and testing methodologies to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to present research findings and project updates.
• Research and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance product capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven track record leading product or platform development in a startup or product-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of Git and software testing methodologies.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with vector databases.
