Lead machine learning initiatives and program management for generative AI and NLP solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine learning projects and program management efforts.
• Develop and deploy NLP models using Hugging Face, Transformers, and LLMs (BERT, GPT).
• Build custom chatbots and implement NLU/NLG solutions.
• Apply strong analytical skills to drive technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Gen AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, NLU, and NLG.
• Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
