Description

You will design, train, and optimize AI models while managing their integration into product systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize machine learning models, including fine-tuning and LoRA application.
• Craft effective prompts for summarization, classification, reasoning, and creative generation.
• Implement and test Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Integrate AI solutions into cross-functional product workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years working with LLMs and generative AI.
• Expert proficiency in Python and ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, SciKit-learn, and Ffmpeg.
• Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior, including hyperparameters, tokenization, and context windows.
• Expertise in crafting prompts for specific tasks such as role-playing and classification.
• Strong grasp of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning concepts.
• Experience with tools such as Ollama and LangChain.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
