Description

You will develop, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure successful integration and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain classification, regression, and time-series models using Python.
• Analyze data, perform feature engineering, and prepare datasets for training and validation.
• Design and conduct experiments, including A/B testing, to measure model performance and business impact.
• Monitor deployed models for accuracy, data drift, and performance degradation.
• Document experiments, validation results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in Machine Learning or Applied AI.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with model evaluation, validation techniques, and experimentation frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, or AI applications.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
