Description

You will set up and operate automation equipment to manufacture medical devices and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated equipment following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and work orders.
• Adjust machine parameters and mechanical settings to maintain product specifications.
• Perform and document manufacturing quality checks and batch-related test results.
• Maintain accurate records according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance, cleaning, and organization of tools and supplies.

Required Skills

• Experience operating automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures and drawings.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Ability to pass a visual acuity test (20x25 corrected vision) including color, depth perception, and field vision.
• Ability to pass Particulate Matter Certification.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience with PRMS and Assemble and Pack applications.
