Description

You will lead the installation, configuration, and optimization of machine vision systems within packaging line environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute the installation and configuration of Cognex-based machine vision systems to integrate with existing production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
• Integrate various sensors with vision systems to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to deliver technical solutions and training.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and performance reports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with machine vision systems in packaging line environments.
• Proficiency with Cognex vision systems.
• Experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV.
• Proven ability in sensor integration and system optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Focus on maintaining and improving system performance.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
