You will provide desktop and server support for Macintosh environments across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to Macintosh OS X desktop operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Macintosh OS X server infrastructure.
• Handle service desk requests and maintain accurate asset records.
• Support hardware and software lifecycle management for Mac devices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Macintosh OS X Desktop Support.
• Proven expertise in Macintosh OS X Server Support.
• Experience with Service Desk Asset Services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS environments.
• Ability to work remotely and relocate to any USA location.
• Any Graduate degree.
