Description

You will manage and optimize Mac systems within a Windows-dominated environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Mac devices using Jamf Pro.
• Develop and implement Python and Bash scripts to automate system processes.
• Implement security measures and manage network configurations to safeguard Mac systems.
• Enhance identity management frameworks using Azure AD and single sign-on solutions.
• Manage hardware procurement and the full hardware lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Mac Engineer.
• Expertise in Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, and Jamf Protect.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of macOS, PKI certificates, and 802.1x authentication.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Cisco Secure, and Citrix Workspace.
• Familiarity with O365 suite and Jamf ADCS.
• Solid grasp of networking and security principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Mac systems in hybrid Windows/macOS environments.
