Description

You will manage and support macOS devices within an enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS devices and escalate issues as required.
• Administer macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Develop macOS onboarding workflows using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Write custom scripts in Bash and PowerShell to automate macOS tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and train Helpdesk and field technicians on macOS support services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS devices with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM enrollment workflows.
• Strong understanding of macOS system architecture, security, and user management.
• Experience with Azure AD and conditional access policies.
• Ability to manage enterprise software deployment and patching strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Intune Specialist or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
