Manage macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment to ensure seamless integration, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain macOS device management solutions using MS Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Develop and enforce configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Automate provisioning, software deployment, and patch management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex macOS issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Monitor device health and compliance using analytics and reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing macOS devices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with MS Intune for macOS enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of ABM, MDM protocols, and the macOS/iOS enterprise ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Swift for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with identity and access management including Azure AD, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with automation workflows for software deployment and patching.
