Description

You will design, implement, and maintain macOS device management solutions for a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain macOS management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Develop and enforce configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines for endpoints.
• Automate provisioning, software deployment, and patch management workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex macOS issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Monitor device health, performance, and compliance using analytics and reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing macOS devices in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for macOS enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Deep understanding of Apple Business Manager, MDM protocols, and the Apple enterprise ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Swift for automation.
• Familiarity with identity and access management including Azure AD, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Any Graduate degree.
