Engineer and sustain macOS technologies across the global enterprise environment, ensuring security, supportability, and performance standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain macOS technologies to meet security and performance requirements.
• Provide third-level support to investigate and troubleshoot root causes of complex issues.
• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation for internal teams.
• Disseminate technical knowledge among peers to improve team capability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS (Big Sur/Monterey).
• Proficiency in Jamf or similar MDM solutions.
• Experience with automated device enrollment using Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Working knowledge of DLP and endpoint security clients such as Tanium, Defender ATP, Compliance Reporter, or SEP.
• Practical experience with ZTNA or traditional VPN solutions; Zscaler experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP and DNS, and infrastructure components like firewalls, proxies, and load balancers.
• Working knowledge of IdP solutions such as SAML and OIDC.
• Basic scripting experience in Bash or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with mobile app development tools including Xcode, Android Studio, IntelliJ IDEA, Artifactory, and npm.
