Description

You will manage technical support and hardware operations for macOS, Windows, and mobile environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 10, Windows 7, and Mac OS environments.
• Manage Office 2010 and Office 365 applications.
• Resolve issues involving video conferencing systems, networks, and hardware.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and workflow tracking.
• Maintain security compliance using BitLocker and McAfee encryption.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with macOS and Apple Operating Systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 7.
• Experience managing iOS and Android OS.
• Experience with Office 2010 and Office 365.
• Working knowledge of BitLocker and McAfee encryption tools.
• Experience troubleshooting video conferencing systems and hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
