Lead Magento-based e-commerce development and consolidate multiple D2C tech solutions onto a single platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Magento solution development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor the team and provide technical guidance on e-commerce best practices.
• Customize and extend Magento core features, including catalogs, payments, and order fulfillment.
• Build front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement caching, scaling, and multi-store/multi-currency configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of real-world Magento development experience.
• 3-5 years of PHP web development with deep knowledge of OOP and MVC.
• Expertise in Magento code structure, extension architecture, theming, and fallbacks.
• Proficiency in MySQL database concepts and e-commerce data organization.
• Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery, React, Angular).
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services integrations.
• Proven ability to implement caching and scaling techniques for performance.
• Experience managing multi-store, multi-lingual, and multi-currency implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Magento Certification.
• Experience with ERP integrations.
• Experience with cloud hosting solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
