Description

You provide Level 3 support for global Postfix messaging infrastructure and manage mission-critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 support for global Postfix messaging infrastructure.
• Perform stability, configuration, and integration tests on messaging systems.
• Deploy new production Linux infrastructure and manage hardware and software migrations.
• Handle incident management for Mail host, Postfix, Linux, Exchange, and Exchange Online.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of system administrator experience with Unix/Linux.
• Deep understanding of MS Exchange, Exchange Online, and MS Outlook clients.
• Proven experience managing mission-critical infrastructure in large, regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux high availability concepts.
• Proficiency in Shell or Perl scripting.
• Solid understanding of messaging and security principles.
• Expertise in SMTP/Mailhost environment configuration distributions.
• Advanced troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with Email Engineering to standardize and simplify the environment.
