You will own mainframe storage administration, focusing on migration, backup, and replication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute HSM migration and backup strategies.
• Manage SMS Managed Disk and Tape operations.
• Configure and maintain Hitachi disk replication.
• Administer virtual tape systems and RMM (Removable Media Manager).
• Utilize Vantage Storage software for storage management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe storage administration.
• Deep expertise in HSM (Hierarchical Storage Management).
• Proficient in RMM (Removable Media Manager).
• Strong background with SMS Managed Disk and Tape.
• Experience with Vantage Storage software.
• Knowledge of Hitachi disk replication.
• In-depth understanding of virtual tape systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
